1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item is delivered
  • Issue is reported within 3 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used jewellery
  • Items without original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

4. Exchange Policy

We also offer exchanges for size or design issues (subject to availability).

5. Shipping Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable
  • Customer bears return shipping cost unless mistake is from our side

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
