1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item is delivered
- Issue is reported within 3 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used jewellery
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- Refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
4. Exchange Policy
We also offer exchanges for size or design issues (subject to availability).
5. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges are non-refundable
- Customer bears return shipping cost unless mistake is from our side
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
