🛒 Orders & Payments

Zewarza offers offline payment methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

Orders are considered confirmed only after payment verification.
Customers must send payment proof via WhatsApp (+923059676966) after placing an order.
If payment proof is not provided, the order will not be processed and may be cancelled.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time is عادة 4–6 working days.
Shipping charges:
Multan: Rs. 200
All other cities in Pakistan: Rs. 400
Free Shipping is available on orders of Rs. 3500 and above.

Please note:
Delivery delays may occur due to courier services.
Zewarza is not responsible for courier-related delays or issues.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before confirmation.
To cancel an order, customers must contact us via WhatsApp.
Once an order is confirmed (after payment verification), cancellation may not be possible.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted under specific conditions.
Customers must contact us within 1 day (next day) of receiving the order.
Conditions:
Product must be unused and undamaged.
For damaged items:
Proof (image/video) is required showing the item was damaged upon arrival.
For wrong items:
Item must be unused and in original condition.
